Midweek Breaks - 4 nights (Mon - Fri.)
£325.00 per cottage.

Weekend breaks - 3 nights (Fri - Mon.)
£275.00 per cottage.

Weekend breaks - 2 nights (Fri & Sat.)
£220.00 per cottage.

Full week breaks - 7 nights

£350.00 per cottage in January, February, November.

£425.00 per cottage in March, April, September & October.

£475.00 per cottage in May & June.

£550.00 per cottage in July.

£600.00 per cottage in August.

Couples Discount £20.00 per full week booking.
New Year Supplement £50.00 per booking.

Important Information
All bed linen, tea towels, gas, electric (and VAT) are included in the rates quoted, but do bring bath and hand towels plus extra towels for use at the leisure centre. Kitchens are fitted with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer for guests convenience. Patio furniture is also provided. Cots (cot bedding not provided), highchairs and bedrails are available upon request; though please note that there is no provision for a cot at No. 3. There is a no smoking policy in all of the cottages and pets are not permitted.

Further Information
A £20.00 reduction in price for 2 person occupancy, only available for weekly bookings. A deposit of £100.00 per booking is required, if the holiday is less than 28 days then full payment is required at the time of booking.

Booking conditions

  1. Bookings commence at 3.30pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10am on the day of departure.
  2. Booking are accepted only for the party names and are not transferable.
  3. While the company will use their best endeavours to satisfy clients requirements, the company at their discretion reserve the right to withdraw any advertised services and to cancel any bookings made for clients or make alterations to their itinerary or arrangements in which event no liability in respect of such cancellations or changes shall fall upon the company save only that they refund to clients the money paid by them in respect of bookings so cancelled and will use their best endeavours to offer the client alternatives to any bookings so cancelled.
  4. The cost of the holiday, less the deposit paid, is due 28 days before commencement of the holiday. If the balance is not paid by the due date, the company reserve the right to reallocate the accommodation. If you book within 4 weeks of the start of your holiday the whole cost is payable, at the time of booking.
  5. In the event of a cancellation, the company will make every effort to rebook the cottage and if successful the remittance less the deposit will be refunded to you. If the cottage is not rebooked the hirer is responsible for full payment.
  6. We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied teenagers, unisex parties or groups.
  7. No one shall holiday in the cottages who is suffering from any infectious disease.
  8. Cleanliness of the cottage interior and all breakages are the responsibility of the client.
  9. The company are absolved from all liability to clients and their guests, for the loss or damage to personal property.
  10. Pets are not permitted at Greenfold Holiday Cottages.
  11. All our cottages are non-smoking.
  12. We request that clients do not cause disturbance to other clients/neighbours in particular, noise, between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
  13. Clients not observing rules or creating a nuisance may be asked to leave the cottage. A refund of the appropriate portion of any advance shall be sufficient to discharge all obligations to the company.
  14. The company reserves the right to withdraw or otherwise amend any special offers or discounts at their discretion.
